My family moved to the Salmon area in 1972. I married a native of Lemhi County and my husband and I have been married for 33 years. We have had the pleasure of raising a family in this beautiful valley. Horseback riding, 4-wheeling, hunting and fishing are just of the few extras I love to do when I am not doing real estate, however, I have been known to incorporate those activities into my property showing adventures. I have been a real estate agent since 2001. Purchased this brokerage in 2010 and moved the location to 701 Main. It is satisfying to work with people and help them realize their goals. Finding good “matches” for people in their property search and assisting sellers to “move on” is gratifying. I look forward to working with you in helping you fulfill your real estate dreams!

I moved to Salmon with my family in 1981 from Colorado and have had the wonderful opportunity to raise my two children in the beautiful Lemhi Valley. When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy traveling, hunting, camping and “photo expeditions” in our great outdoors.
I am a dedicated mother, partner and REALTOR. I chose to become a REALTOR in 2004 after selling two businesses, a lumber/hardware store and nursery/landscaping business, that I helped start and nurtured for many years. Both of these businesses, I believe, gave me a strong background for selling real estate.
Helping people locate the right property for them, whether it is residential, commercial or vacant ground, is very rewarding and satisfying for me. I thoroughly believe that Real Estate is a full-time job and I am well-versed in our local and current market conditions, which benefits both my buyers and sellers.

I’m a Salmon Valley native who enjoyed growing up on the ski slopes and floating the Salmon River. I have always been involved in the community and my husband is a 4th generation rancher.I am experienced in tax deferred exchanges, ranch & investment in sales and utilizing a full range of marketing tools for use with all types of property listings. I’ve enjoyed working in the Salmon Valley’s Real Estate industry for the past 16 years. My passion is the guidance and care of my clients throughout their buying and selling experience.

 

Marci Dixon- REALTOR

My name is Marci Dixon. I moved to Salmon Idaho in 1997. After moving here I found that I really loved the remote quiet feel of the area. I enjoy the outdoors so much both on foot and horseback and have found that Idaho offers so much of the great outdoors. After becoming a mother in 2007, I found that the real estate business offered me the flexibility to stay up on my career and raise my son. I moved to Challis in 2009 to be closer to my husbands job and now represent Mountain West Real Estate in both Custer and Lemhi County. I have very much enjoyed becoming involved in a new community and yet still staying connected with the old.

My love affair with the Salmon area began 50+ years ago. This is the best place on the planet to call home. My family has called Idaho home for thousands of years. Before coming to Mountain West Real Estate I spent many years as a Wildlife Specialist for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. I enjoy helping people to accomplish their real estate goals.
